The Supply Bill 2026 and the motion on Development Expenditure 2026 has been presented by Minister of Finance on 10th October 2025 and has been approved by the Parliament on 15th December 2025.

It has also received Royal Assent and has been gazetted as the Supply Act 2026 [A1781] on 31st December 2025. The Act A1781 is described as below:
