W3C: Disability Acess

Treasury Portal offers some features to assist the visitors who might need some adjustments to the original content so that they could access the information they needed in their best form. This is to conforms with the W3C mission, that is to make the Web accessible to people with disabilities.

The current features we have are:

A. Contrast Selection

Change the contrast selection of the portal to make it brighter or lighter for those who had blurry vision. You could find it at the bottom of the page (MOF Widgets).

B. Text Resizer

Resize the font size if you need it bigger or smaller to ease your reading. You could find it at the top of the page (MOF Widget).

The following software are needed to read the speech texts, circulars and to view certain applications of this Website.

Proses Membuat Aduan

Langkah #1

Membuat aduan secara emel atau bertulis.

Langkah #2

Mengemukakan maklumat penting tentang aduan anda dengan jelas dan terperinci.

Langkah #3

Mengemukakan aduan anda secara teratur dengan memasukkan tarikh-tarikh / nombor rujukan yang berkaitan (sekiranya ada).

Langkah #4

Memberi nama, alamat, nombor telefon dan alamat emel di mana anda boleh dihubungi dengan mudah.

Langkah #5

Menyertakan salinan dokumen yang berkaitan (sekiranya ada).

Langkah #6

Menghantar aduan melalui saluran di bawah dan menyimpan salinan surat aduan untuk rujukan anda.

Melalui Integrated System Pemantauan Aduan Agensi Awam (i-SPAAA) yang boleh diakses di muka utama laman web Perbendaharaan atau melalui alamat URL: treasury.spab.gov.my
