1. Governance

   Ensuring the best governance is implemented alongside addressing integrity issues, especially those related to bribery, misconduct, and abuse of power within the agency.

2. Strengthening Integrity

   Ensuring the cultivation, institutionalization, and implementation of integrity within the organization.

3. Detection, Verification, And Management Of Complaints

   Conducting the detection and verification of reports on criminal misconduct, violations of organizational conduct and ethics, and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken; and reporting criminal misconduct to the responsible enforcement agencies.

4. Compliance

   Implementing monitoring on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and ensuring no room or opportunity for staff members to commit errors in terms of criminal activities, conduct, and ethics.

5. Discipline

   Carrying out the secretarial functions of the Disciplinary Board based on the Public Officers (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 1993 and the management of disciplinary proceedings.
